Accessibility statement

We sell accessibility work. It would be indefensible for this website not to meet the standard we hold our clients to, so here is exactly where it stands.

Conformance

This website aims to conform to WCAG 2.2 level AA. We believe it currently does.

How we tested it

We tested it with the same tooling we use on client sites: an automated crawl of every page against WCAG 2.2 AA using axe-core, followed by manual checks that automation cannot perform.

Automated: zero violations across all pages.
Keyboard: every interactive element is reachable and operable by keyboard alone, in a logical order, with a visible focus indicator throughout.
Structure: one main landmark per page, headings in sequence with no skipped levels, and a skip link as the first focusable element.
Colour: all text meets or exceeds a 4.5:1 contrast ratio, in both the light and dark colour schemes.
Zoom and reflow: usable at 400% zoom and at a 320 pixel viewport width without horizontal scrolling.
Motion: no automatic movement, and any transition is disabled for visitors who ask their system to reduce motion.
Without JavaScript: the site is fully functional. It does not use any.

What we deliberately avoided

No accessibility overlay widget. They do not work, and we will not put one on our own site.
No cookie banner, because we set no cookies and run no analytics.
No images of text, no autoplaying media, no interstitials, no tracking.

Known limitations

We are not aware of any at present. Automated testing detects only 30% to 40% of WCAG criteria, so if you find a barrier we have missed, we would genuinely like to know.
